The auctioneer sells, team management buys, players join. Each has their own sign-in and sees only what they need.

Most leagues run their auction on a sign-up form, a shared sheet and a loud voice. Here is what changes, line by line.
| Task | Form + sheet | SchedioHub Auction |
|---|---|---|
| Signing up | ||
| Players finding the auction | A link in a group chat | It appears in every player’s own Auctions list |
| The sign-up form | Build one and chase the replies | Built in: photo, payment reference and your own questions |
| The last day to register | Announced, then ignored | Shown to players, with a warning in the final three days |
| Approving players | Colour the cells by hand | One queue with everything each player sent |
| Before the night | ||
| Getting teams on board | Phone calls | Invite by mobile number; they accept from their own page |
| Squad rules (8 overseas, a keeper each) | Argued about afterwards | Set once, then checked on every bid |
| Retained players | A note in the margin | Placed in the team, purse adjusted, limits enforced |
| Teams planning their buys | Their own scribbles | A shortlist, a budget plan and auto-bid ceilings |
| Auction night | ||
| Purse and squad count after each sale | Someone updates the sheet | Updates itself on every screen |
| A bid the team cannot afford | Noticed later, if at all | Refused on the spot, with the reason |
| Keeping the bidding moving | A loud countdown | A bid clock that drops the hammer itself |
| Fixing a wrong bid or sale | Edit cells and hope | Undo, one key |
| Following from the back of the hall | Only if you can hear | Live on every phone and on the projector |
| Afterwards | ||
| Players nobody bought | Sorted out in the car park | A second round, then a draft |
| Swapping players afterwards | Group chat arguments | A trading window the auctioneer approves |
| Results | Whatever the sheet says | Spend by team, value picks and a CSV with every bid |

From the first sign-up to the last trade. Each of these is built in; none needs a spreadsheet beside it.

Name it, pick the league it resembles, and six short steps take you to the first hammer.

Your auction shows in every player’s list. They fill in your form; you approve each one.

Set the last day to register. Players are warned as it nears and told when it has closed.

Invite each team’s people by mobile number. They accept, and the team is theirs to run.

Categories, limits per role, an overseas quota and a keeper for every team first, checked on every bid.

Keep players before the auction at fixed prices, within the limits you set, and match a bid for a former player.

Show prices however your league talks about them, with steps that grow as the price climbs.

It restarts on every bid. When it runs out, the hammer falls by itself.

Teams bid from their phones, jump ahead, or set a ceiling and let their seat bid for them.

Stop the room for a dispute, or take back a wrong bid or sale with one key.

A projector view with the card, the price, the clock, every purse and your sponsors’ names.

Unsold players are drafted so everyone gets a team; then teams may swap players, with your approval.
Every sport asks players the questions that matter for it and comes with a template built on how its leagues run their auctions.
